About Me

In a world that often asks us to move faster, do more, and push through discomfort, healing can begin by slowing down and listening. I believe that healing happens through connection—connection to the body, the nervous system, our emotions, and the deeper parts of ourselves that often go unheard in the busyness of everyday life.

My path into this work began with a simple desire: to help people find their way back to themselves. Over the past 14 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Along the way, I came to recognize that healing is not only about changing thoughts—it is also about reconnecting with the body.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, and somatic practitioner, I integrate traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, movement, breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system-informed approaches. My work is rooted in the understanding that our experiences live not only in the mind, but within the body as well.

What began as my own journey into yoga and somatic awareness evolved into a deeper understanding of the connection between body, emotions, and healing. Through years of clinical practice and personal exploration, I have witnessed how greater awareness, regulation, and embodiment can create meaningful and lasting change.

The values that guide my work are balance, connection, mindful awareness, and soul. I believe healing unfolds when there is space to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with ourselves. Rather than approaching growth with pressure or urgency, I strive to create an environment where curiosity, presence, and authenticity can emerge naturally.

Whether through therapy, somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, or sound healing, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and creating a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and whole.

Connection

Healing begins by restoring balance within the nervous system, the somatic experience, and thought patterns. I believe in supporting individuals in moving away from chronic states of stress and disconnection by way of finding regulation, mindfulness, and finding homeostasis throughout the inner landscape.

Connection

Connection is at the heart of healing. This includes connection to the body, to one’s inner experience, and to others. Through therapeutic presence and somatic awareness, I help clients rebuild a deeper relationship with themselves and the world around them.

Mindful Awareness

Mindful Awareness

Change begins with awareness. By cultivating mindful attention to sensations, thoughts, emotions, and breath, individuals can begin to notice patterns within the nervous system and respond with greater intention and care.

Soul

No Pressure

Mindful Awareness

Healing is not only psychological—it is deeply human and soulful. By honoring the deep inner landscape that gives life meaning, I can help support clients as they reconnect with their sense of purpose, authenticity, and inner wisdom.

No Pressure

No Pressure

Transformation unfolds most naturally when there is space to simply be. I believe in assisting individuals in creating environments where they can explore their experience without urgency or expectation, allowing presence, curiosity, and healing to emerge at their own pace.
